How much does it cost?

This obviously depends on what you have booked, but we can tell you that there will be no hidden extra fees, you will have contract for the agreed price and terms that have been discussed with your event coordinator.

Is there a deposit to pay?

Yes, Once a contact is signed all events will require a 25% deposit.


Do I need to book a DJ separately?

No, If your booking the Groove Inc Party band then they will play any music you like in between sets, just chat with your cooribantoir to discuss what music you would like, alternatively we can provide you with a DJ for in between the band and after the band finishes.


How far will Groove INC travel to perform?

Groove INC will travel anywhere in the USA, don't be alarmed you won't be paying for flights out of LA, we have Groove INC musicians waiting for you all over the country.


Can I help choose the songs?
YES! Just discuss your wants and needs with your coordinator!!


I am a musician, how can i join your team?

Please email your demo reel to njmartistmanagement@gmail.com, if your well groomed, can read charts, show up on time and be pleasant then we will consider you.


Do I need to provide meals for the band?  

Yes. This will be indicated on your contract.  Most event sites sell ‘vendor meals’ which are much less expensive than what you would have to pay for your guests.

What if I want the band to perform a song that is not on their list?  

If you have any special requests, please let us know AT LEAST four weeks PRIOR to your event. The bands will learn at least 2 new songs just for your event.


Once I decide I like a band, how long can I wait before I book it?

It is best to book the band as soon as possible.  Our bands are sometimes booked over a year in advance and are secured by deposit on a first come first served basis.
